What products do you use to create your works?
For every creation, we exclusively use high-quality and safe materials: natural wood (birch, poplar, or other plywood), selected woods such as beech, cherry, chestnut, and olive wood, water-based and non-toxic impregnating agents and acrylic paints, ecological transparent protective varnishes, and certified resins. All products are carefully chosen to ensure durability, safety, and respect for the environment, while maintaining artisanal authenticity and the beauty of the finishes.
Are your products customizable?
Yes! Each creation is designed to be unique and can be personalized with names, dates, phrases, colors, sizes, and decorative details. We also create custom orders, adapting the product to your wishes, transforming it into a special and truly personal piece.
How do I request a customization?
You can request customization directly when placing your order by entering the details (names, dates, colors, phrases, or other requests) in the dedicated notes field. Alternatively, you can contact us before purchasing via email or WhatsApp: we will be happy to hear your ideas and guide you in choosing the best solutions to create a custom-made product for you.
How can I take care of my handmade product?
To keep your product beautiful:
• For most products, avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sun and humidity.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth, without using harsh or abrasive detergents.
• If the product is made of wood, do not get it wet: if necessary, lightly wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
• Store it in a dry environment and protect it from bumps or crushing.
This way your handcrafted item will remain beautiful and well-maintained over time.
What are the dimensions and technical specifications of each product?
Each item is handcrafted, so dimensions and technical characteristics may vary depending on the model and requested customization.
You will always find the available measurements (in centimeters), the materials used (natural wood, resin, water-based and non-toxic acrylic paints), and all the necessary specifications on the product sheet to help you make your choice.

Where do the materials used come from?
The materials we use come from selected Italian and European suppliers, with a particular focus on quality, safety, and environmental respect. The wood is certified and sourced from sustainable supply chains, the paints are water-based and non-toxic acrylics, while resins and finishes are chosen to guarantee resistance and durability over time. Every element is carefully selected to ensure an authentic and quality handcrafted result.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several secure and convenient payment methods:

How long does it take to receive my order?
As these are handcrafted and custom-made products, processing times may vary. Generally, creation takes 5-10 business days, plus standard courier shipping times (usually 2-4 days).
For urgent or special requests, please contact us: we will do our best to meet your needs.
What happens if the item arrives damaged?
We prepare every shipment with the utmost care and secure packaging, but if the item arrives damaged, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos that clearly show the problem.
We will immediately find the best solution for you: product replacement or refund, depending on the case.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email (or a WhatsApp message, if you prefer) with the courier's tracking code. This way, you can track the package's journey until delivery at any time.
How can I change or cancel an order?
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp, indicating the order number.
As these are artisanal and personalized products, we can only intervene if production has not yet started. Once production has begun, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.
Do I need an account to buy?
No, you don't need to create an account. You can make a quick and easy purchase as a guest, by only entering the necessary shipping and payment details.
If you wish, you can create a personal account to save your details, track orders, and speed up future purchases.
How can I create and manage my account?
You can create your account by clicking on "Register" (or "Create account") in the site menu and filling in the required fields with your details.
Once registered, you can access your personal area at any time to:

This way, you'll always have everything under control, simply and quickly.
What is your return and refund policy?
All our items are handcrafted and customized upon request, for this reason, returns or refunds are not possible once the product creation has begun.
However, it is possible to request order cancellation and a corresponding refund only if the work has not yet started.
We therefore invite you to contact us as soon as possible if needed: we will do our best to meet your needs.
